Can BENHUE accommodate my food allergies?
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate every allergy at this time. Please also note, we do not provide a specific product or meal for customers with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies.
Please also be aware that while our chefs take extra precautions when separating ingredients, all the dishes are made in the same kitchen. If you require dairy free, gluten free, nut free, vegan or vegetarian meals, please contact us directly.
We cater for a range of dietary requirements but there may be times where we are unable to personalise or alter our dishes to meet individual requirements. We do not serve halal meat at this time.
Is the menu the same every week?
No, our menu rotates seasonally to use only the freshest, highest quality produce from trusted, chosen suppliers.

Can the meals be heated?
Most of our meals can be heated up. In general, we recommend heating your meals gently on your stove top or in your microwave.
What if there is a mistake with the order?
We will do our best to rectify any errors, be sure to let us know as soon as you have a problem so we can sort it out for you, we’re a small company and sometimes things go wrong, but we’re always available for a chat for those of you who aren’t happy with your meal.
